Read the supplier's return
policy before placing an order and/or returning a product. Most of
Max Outlet Suppliers' return policies give purchasers the opportunity to
return products. Many with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please do
not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
To return a product, fill in the
RMA form. Once you receive the
return authorization information, if applicable, you can return the product
according to the return instructions provided for a full refund less any
restocking fees and shipping costs, in accordance with the supplier’s return
policy. (Refund may take up to 2-3 weeks after product has been received by
supplier.) Please note: any additional fees from UPS (ie refused packages,
returns without an RMA, undeliverable packages, etc) will be deducted
from the refund to our customers.
