To return a product, fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization RMA form.  Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return instructions provided for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping costs, in accordance with the supplier’s return policy. (Refund may take up to 2-3 weeks after product has been received by supplier.) Shipping & Return Policies Vary From Supplier to Supplier. Any additional fees from UPS etc. (i.e. refused packages, returns without an RMA, undeliverable packages, etc) will be deducted from the refund to our customers. Refund shall be made when the supplier has credited the Max Outlet Mall for the amount of the refund.

Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
